Sogese was founded in 1980 and since then, it has been dealing with the lease and trade of shipping and storage containers – From the lease side, we like to describe our company as a funding company rather than a pure container leasing company as most of our lease business are finance leases or sale and lease back agreements.

We can help in 3 main ways:

1. Container sales: Both with units we keep on the ground for stock and through “Gate Buy” agreements. The good part of this service is that we can grant attractive payment conditions from the delivery of the container – this will give our customer the opportunity to collect the payments before paying the purchase invoice with evident benefits on the cash flow.
2. Lease purchase (“lease-to-own”): we buy the equipment under our client’s indications from the client’s suppliers (so we pay the supplier’s invoice) and we lease it to our client
3. Sale and lease back: We buy the equipment directly from the client (equipment already available on the ground) and then lease it back to the client itself. This way the client will acquire fresh cash to expand the business.

Our leasing solutions are addressed to companies dealing with the self-storage activity and are designed to provide leverage to their business.

• If you buy the unit, it will take quite a long time to break even your investment
• If you lease the container from us under a 730 days lease to own contract, you’ll pay a small upfront and a daily lease rate plus USD 1.00 at lease end as balloon payment and your investment will immediately make profits. At lease end, the customer will become the owner of the container. The same applies with the sale and lease back solution with the only difference that the containers will be bought directly from the customer’s stock and leased back to the customer itself.
